Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). You will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location and local courier efficiency.

Shipping Rates & Calculations
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. Free shipping promotions, when available, will automatically apply if eligible.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking scans.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Samroud is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@samroud.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you with a replacement.
